ALL locations offer warranty protection for ALL moisture-related issues for full flake residential installations.
* All warranties apply to the original owner only (unless prior arrangements have been made and documented with GarageFloorCoating.com and are non-transferrable).
** Efflorescence or Moisture Vapor Transmission: GarageFloorCoating.com mitigates moisture on all concrete substrates to allow for proper penetration and adhesion regardless of moisture levels. For full-chip garage floor installations, including our Ultra, Bagari SE, Earth Effects, Vintage Mica and Artisan Collection coating systems, any delamination due to moisture-related issues ARE covered under this warranty (unlike “1-day polyurea-polyaspartic” coating systems).
*** Should any delamination occur during this period, GarageFloorCoating.com will repair the delaminated area(s) at no charge to the customer. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a color match on touch-up repairs due to factors beyond our control (i.e., dye lot changes, color settling, etc.), but we will make every effort to match the color. A trip charge of $100 will be applied to the balance due, if we arrive at the buyer’s residence and are unable to perform an installation/repair due to an unprepared or inaccessible residence.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Warranty does not apply to any defect caused by alterations or modifications of any kind.
2. Warranty excludes damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect or accidents.
3. Warranty excludes damage due to harsh chemicals such as battery acid.
4. Warranty excludes cracking in the underlying concrete as we cannot be held responsible for concrete that cracks due to heaving, shifting, popping, settling, or ground movement. However, we can fix the cracks at an additional charge, but we cannot guarantee that cracks will not reappear.
All GFC Franchise and Dealership locations are independently owned and operated. Not all locations offer all systems and may offer different warranty lengths. Be sure to speak with your local Franchise or Dealership representative for accurate Warranty information.
